SWS Zero Waste Shop Scales

Our smart, zero waste self service label scale systems have been methodically designed and crafted with over 20 years of development. This means that the front end software is not only beautiful to look at but also expertly polished with lots of user friendly features for zero waste store customers. The container can be added onto the scale, a container tare label printed with a barcode on. The customer then fills up their container with the product and then places this back on the scale. The customer then scans the tare weight label using one of our scanners which then deducts the tare weight from the container leaving the net weight only of the product. The customer then takes the container over to one of our SWS 15" EPOS Tills and scans this at the checkout along with other weighed or non-weighed items. If a product that is non-weighed does not have a barcode on then you can quickly search for this on our SWS Till or press the item as a button on our till to sell this. Management and staff security comes as standard and we recommmend our scale back office software for store owners to add and edit new lines, change the price per kg for zero waste weighed products, plus alter the label format or make changes to the touchscreen keyboard. If you require labels for the system then we can offer this as well. We offer plain white, beige / green border, white / blue border, as well as bepoke labels. Once you have placed your order with South West Systems our expert software engineers will fully setup your store and front end software for both the zero waste self service weigh label scale system and EPOS Till System. This includes all your weighed products and prices inputted for you at no extra cost. Also included is label and receipt setup, store settings, departments, groups as well job assignments and staff setup, plus we can even upload your logo for you on your label and / or till receipt. Once done you will able to receive your store credentials and start using the system 100% complete. Any on-going amendments or modifications to your systems are all included at no extra cost, and we are always at the end of the telephone for any assistance. In terms of out of office hours support we also offer weekend and late night software support emergency cover in case of any eventualities.

Many clients also pair either a 9.7” customer colour rear display which looks very nice from the customer side or we can offer a 2 line customer rear display. Alternatively for less cost, you can also have no customer rear display. Unboxing of our EPOS tills take just 5 minutes and learning the front end till software takes only 5-10 minutes. The tare weight container label with a barcode ensures perfect scaning each time. Whilst the final label ensures repeat, relibale scanning at our SWS EPOS Tills for finalisation by Card or Cash

SWS have a number of software options available to clients. One of them being the advanced cloud stock control software. Monitor real-time stock levels at each branch in a split second from the cloud back office software and then use our easy purchase ordering system to order more stock with suppliers. We can also cater for unit conversions, wastage, branch stock takes, min and max re-ordering, picking list ordering, sales suggested ordering, integrated label printing for products that do not have a barcode + website stock integration (website stock integration requires bespoke SWS EPOS Till System)

Real-time cloud reporting

Our smart, cloud back office software offers both real-time and date ranged electronic reporting. Most of our clients utilise our self service touchscreen label printing scales and scale back office software as these scales can do the primary role of a zero waste store which is to scan different container weights to give different tare labels for each container type.
