The Main Management Control System works by collecting data wirelessly as Staff enter and exit a room throughout a site using our patented technology. This data is then sent remotely to a Back Office Management PC in Real Time so that time and attendance per location of each individual staff member is recorded. The advantages of this system is that you can build a profile of every staff member doing their job correctly or incorrectly. For instance, a Casio Security Guards route through 20 different floor areas can be recorded on the system thus providing valuable information about that security guards present location, time and attendance, time between rooms and overall job performance & efficiency.

5. As soon as a call is logged the management computer produces an audible sound alerting the user in the office to that incident. The management user can then monitor the incident as it unravells in real-time. When the incident has been resolved the members of staff can then "cancel the incident".
6. The system can also work the other way. The management controller at the PC can also request Casino Security, Pit Bosses, Bar / Restaurant Staff, Cleaning staff (or whoever) to return to the office for debriefing or to attend another job, room, location or pit for assistance.
7. All the data for that day or even a particular date range can then be collected and exported to microsoft excel for analysis. You can also filter by staff, incident, response time, rooms as well as many other filters. The benefits of this system is that it allows you to look at the specific performance of individual staff and their response times to incidents as well as many other features. This is important management information for improving speed and efficiency of staff to incidents. 
8. Furthermore, this data could then be used for marketing purposes to help boost ratings for that particular casino site, notably the security aspect and reliability that the staff are doing their jobs correctly and efficiently.
