The System works by collecting data as nurses enter and exit a room throughout a site. This data is then sent remotely to a Back Office Management PC in Real Time.

6. The system can also work the other way. The management controller at the PC can also request nurse / staff to return to the office for debriefing or to attend another job, room or theatre for medical assistance.
7. All the data for that day or even a particular date range can then be collected and exported to microsoft excel for analysis. You can also filter by staff, incident, response time, rooms as well as many other filters. The benefits of this system is that it allows you to look at the specific performance of individual staff and there response times to incidents as well as many other features. This is important management information for improving speed and efficiency of staff to incidents. Another area of interest is that this management information could be used for the patients family as proof of the nurse-patient relationship and quality control. Furthermore, this data could then be used for marketing purposes to help boost ratings for that particular site as therefore increasing the number of patients visiting your business.
